As we are a practice dedicated to the individualism and well being of every single patient, we have a unique philosophy that guides our current practice models. In addition, as every individual is the center of our practice, we have catered our practice model to have this view. Therefore, we have elected not to accept any forms of insurance or medicare/medicaid as they require an extensive amount of administrative support that does not in our view benefit the Physician-Patient relationship. Additionally, most insurances do not cover any substantial part of Integrative Medicine procedures, visits or recommendations.

Fees
Patient is responsible for all fees related to their visit. Fee(s) in its entirety is due payable when patient checks in for their scheduled appointment. Fee can be paid by cash, Zell or credit card. If using a credit card, there is a credit card fee of an additional 3.5%. To avoid this charge, the fees can be paid via cash or Zell. Checks are not accepted.
Patients are responsible for keeping their appointments. Appointments may only be cancelled up to forty-eight hours, two business days, prior to patient’s scheduled appointment. Patients will otherwise be responsible for the fees associated with their uncancelled appointments.
